The World Congress on Vaccines and Immunisation (WCVI) is the first unique Congress created in 1997 to discuss in one forum all aspects concerning the development of new vaccines and immunisation strategies to prevent and control infections as well as other diseases of importance in human and veterinary medicine. Several plenary sessions, symposia, workshops and daily posters will give an excellent opportunity for information exchange and cooperation to all colleagues from Academia, Industry, Governmental Health Services, Hospitals, Research Institutes, Biotech Firms and International Health Organisations who are interested to promote the science, research and expertise in vaccinology. Tsukuba Science City is located in parks and gardens, near Tokyo (50 km) and Narita International Airport (40 km) with a modern international convention centre and large choice of deluxe hotels reserved at special prices.
