Tough lessons – and rapid reform – for vaccine procurement system
The alliance must adopt a more efficient and transparent process for buying vaccines, its Board has agreed. The decision follows a review of the first round of procurement and introduction of new vaccines which identified significant shortfalls in the system and recommended immediate changes.
