Donors to The Vaccine Fund

The Vaccine Fund has received commitments of more than $1 billion to date toward its goal of raising $2 billion over the next five years to meet immunization needs throughout the world.

Initiated with a grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation of $753 million, The Vaccine Fund has received the following commitments from governments and other donors:

United States $159 million (3 yrs)
Norway $108 million (5 yrs)
The Netherlands $85 million (5 yrs)
United Kingdom $61 million (5 yrs)
Canada $30 million (5 yrs)
France $18 million (3 yrs)
Sweden $5 million (2 yrs)
Denmark $1 million (1 yr)
European Union $1 million (1 yr)
Ireland $1.1 million (2 yrs)
Corporate contributions $300,000 (1 yr)
Private individual contributions $4 million (7 yrs)
