Review schedule – 2005/2006
Proposal Review: New proposals for the upcoming review (31 October - 8 November 2005) must be received at the GAVI Secretariat by 7 October. All proposals should follow the Guidelines and Forms dated February 2005 (Rev 5) available in the GAVI website.
Annual Progress Reports (APR): All funded countries must submit 2004 APR to the Secretariat by 15 May
using the form revised in January 2005 available in the GAVI website.
Countries should prepare the APR in close collaboration with the
Regional Working Group. Please note that a satisfactory APR is a
requirement for continued GAVI/VF support.
Financial Sustainability Plans (FSP): Training
workshops have being conducted to help countries to develop FSPs. The
concerned countries will be contacted shortly with further details. The
closing date for submission of the FSPs is 30 November.
Data Quality Audits: DQAs
will be undertaken in the relevant countries between June and
September. Countries will be consulted individually as to the most
convenient timing for their DQA.
